“If ever there is tomorrow when we're not together, there is something you must always remember. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is, even if we're apart, I'll always be with you.”

Brought the 2 1/2-year-old out to his first movie last weekend. He had no idea what to expect, and his mouth was just wide open for the first 20 minutes. The previews were so loud they hurt hurt my brain. I was reminded of when I was a kid and my father took me to a monster truck rally and we left because it hurt my ears. But my big guy made it to the main event and lasted until the last 15 minutes when he decided it was time to run around the movie complex. Another little boy passed us in the hall on the way out at about the same time and when I asked his grandma how old he was, she said 2 and a half.

Awesome photo.
Hudson and I went to see this. He liked it. I thought it looked good artistically, but it felt kind of empty. The original was a lot meatier.
